Wow! Those are great! Its unique to find this kind of design of airships. Considering they are steam punk. Thanks for posting them up. Hope to see some more of your models soon☺

That's amazing! There so well detailed. On average how much does it cost to build one of these models?

Thanks. Must say it is the first time anyone has ever asked me about my costs. It can vary widely, but the gas bag tank I start with run from $80 and UP. All of the brass and copper on a piece were bought from antique stores, ebay, junk shops, goodwill, etc. I have paid a fair amount for some of the pieces. The brass fans used on some can be $50 and up. Total costs in materials averages $400 to $500 plus. Each piece takes me from 60 to 80 hours in the shop. One of the great thing about working in metal is no time is lost waiting for things to dry or harden. Working on a new one that is rather different from my others. I will be posting more. Thanks again.

Yeah, I figured they were not cheap considering the material they are made out of. I can't wait to see the one your currently on. If you want you can start a builders log on it if you want. There may not be a lot of active members but the site receives around a 100 views a day. Your progress want go unseen haha 👍😃

Lightning collection airship.  Just finished this one today.  That is all of the larger ships I have made to date.  Hope to be making more in the future.  I have several ideas and will have the parts to make them.  I will post them here when I do.  Thanks for checking out my airships.

Absolutely awesome Maets
I love your liberal use of brass and copper. I have not seen airships built like this before.
Cheers, Alan.
